There are several types of food garbage processing machine and processed matter have following defferences.

Feature of food garbage processing mashine and the effects of each dried processed matter.

Organic fertilizer is divided into fermentation organic fertilizer and unfermented organic fertilizer. Fermentation fertilizer contains cow dung compost, chicken manure compost and bark compost, etc. On the other hand, unfermented organic fertilizer is soybean meal, rice bran and fish meal, etc. Food garbage compost is organic matter, so you can use it as organic fertilizer which is easy to gain in daily life. It is OK to use food garbage as fertilizer without drying, but there is some possibility of rot due to moisture. Therefore, it becomes a more manageable fertilizer when processed through a food garbage processor.

Unfermented fertilizer effectively cultivate microorganism under the ground, so dried food garbage is most appropriate to keeping soil in good condition. Our food garbage dryer is adopted warm-air drying method, and you can use dried food garbage as unfermented organic fertilizer. Furthermore, our food garbage dryer can process fish bones, which is utilized as phosphorus fertilizer, without separation.
Because ingredients of fertilizer depend on food garbage type, by understanding food garbage feature (refer to table1), it is possible to customize fertilizer by yourself.

Experience organic agriculture by vegetable gardening at home!

It does not use pesticide and chemical fertilizer in organic farming. Additionally, the crops grew by organic farming is slightly bitter and harsh and more active ingredient such as antioxidant than crops grew by conventional farming (chemical farming). That is why organic farming is safer and make better tasting crops.
In recent years, interest in SDGs has increased, and sustainability in agriculture has been attaching attention, accelerating the trend to convert to organic farming. Organic farming uses organic fertilizers, which are gradually broken down by microorganisms in the soil and absorbed by the plants. If sustainable “material-cycle agriculture” in which materials circulate in this way spreads, it will help solve food problems and maintain natural resources and biodiversity.
Similarly in home gardens, dried food garbage can be used as organic fertilizer, allowing the soil in the planter to be used again and again. For the first step to sustainable action, can we experience organic agriculture by vegetable gardening at home.

Procedure to use as organic fertilizer.

1. In as standard planter with a width of 65 cm (about 12L of soil), add about eight paper cups worth of dried garbage that has been broken into small pieces about 1 cm in size.

・A paper cup is about 200mL.
・If some dried garbage is too hard to break by your hands, cut it into small pieces with scissors or remove it.

2. Mix dried garbage well with soil, and water, then leave for a week.

3. Sow seeds and cover with soil, then water them.

The guideline of fertilizer effect is 2 or 3 months.

Fermented Organic Fertilizers Food garbage is broken down to compost by microorganisms, then which becomes fermented organic fertilizers. During the bio-based process, almost all the garbage is broke down, which makes it less effective as organic fertilizers.
